Questions brokers ask

Do I need to enter listings myself?

I load your current listings and sold history before launch. After that, adding one takes about two minutes from your phone: photos, price, details, done. Listings go in through the admin, not through an MLS feed.

Can I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain points to the new site; your email stays exactly where it is.

What about my brokerage's rules?

Logos, license numbers, disclaimers and the brokerage name go wherever your board requires. Send me the rules and it's handled.

Is it mine?

Yes. The site, the design and the data are yours. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

What's in the monthly fee?

$35 for a broker site, $45 for a brokerage. Hosting, daily backups, security updates and small text or photo changes when you ask. Cancel any time.
